Rumah Mocaf produces and exports gluten-free all-purpose flour from cassava for cooking and baking. It was first initiated as an empowerment program for cassava farmers back in 2014. The project then developed into a sociopreneur-based industry and have collaborated with more than 452 farmers. Committed to building a sustainable business, Rumah Mocaf partnered with local cassava farmers group to implement integrated, environmentally responsible farming.
