I-SEA Showcase
Do you know that our SEs had the I-SEA Showcase on the end of September? The Instellar & IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Indonesia Accelerator (I-SEA) Showcase at the Mercure Hotel Serpong was a three-day event where I-SEA Cohort had the opportunity to meet fellow entrepreneurs in the program and were joined by co-workers from IKEA Social Entrepreneurship, IKEA Indonesia, IKEA Purchasing & Logistic Area, and Instellar. The training and sharing sessions in this event focused primarily on expert business advice that will allow social enterprises to become more impactful and sustainable. I-SEA Peer Learning 3: Special End Year Meet Up & Dinner
To celebrate end of the year season, I-SEA held a special end of year peer learning and dinner for the Cohort. Located in the sustainable coffeeshop in South Jakarta, Work Coffee Indonesia, five out of 10 social enterprises joined the event.
In this opportunity, CEO Instellar Romy Cahyadi was there to guide the Cohort in sharing or deep talking about the Founder’s journey; the ups dan downs, the high and lows, and roller coaster path a Founder need to walk with the team.
Everyone shared their insights to each other. We are grateful that this program can be the a safe space for the I-SEA Changemakers!
End of Year Visit Within the Cohorts

Rumah Mocaf received SME Food Award from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia
In October 2022, Rumah Mocaf won the SME Food Award 2022 for the Snack Food Products category with Chocofine products, Mocaf Cookies Chocolate Flavor. The UKM Food Award is an annual event held by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia which aims to give awards or appreciation to SMEs that have created product innovations and introduced regional superior products with superior quality and competitiveness.
Any guess for their potential upcoming collaboration?
On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, the Tempo Circular Economy Award 2022 gives awards to 15 companies consisting of large companies, start-ups and MSMEs. Koinpack (PT Solusi Circular Indonesia) become one of the five startups who received the awards. The award itself is the given to the companies that apply circular economy principles in their business activities.
